BOOKING POLICY

 

Soles Nail Lounge is dedicated to providing you with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times. Due to this, and our limited space, we have a firm 12 hour cancellation policy.


Please kindly review our cancellation policy below, before scheduling an appointment. By booking with us, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy.


Bookings: For all bookings we require a credit card on file to secure your appointment. As we turn away other clients to hold your reservation and as a courtesy to our nail technicians, any cancellations, 'no shows' or time changes to your appointment with less than 12 hours notice, will result in a full charge of the scheduled service(s). 


Late arrivals: We understand that sometimes being late is out of your control. We promise to do our best to accommodate and perform the most complete service with the time remaining. However, each service will be finished within the allotted time to accommodate the next reservation. Anyone arriving up to 15-minutes late may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fee will be applied.


Missed appointments: Any missed appointments (with or without a phone call) will be considered a 'no-show'.  No-shows will result in a full service charge to your credit card (or equivalent deduction from Gift Certificates) Any groups of 3 or more people will require 48-hour cancellation notice. Thank you for your understanding.


Sickness: We will do our best to fill your appointment if you are unable to attend on the day due to sickness. However, if the appointment cannot be filled on the day and you have alerted us after our hour 12 hour policy, please note this will incur the cost of the service booked.


Service Selection: Not all technicians can do every service, so it's important to book the correct service that you want in order to avoid disappointment.  If you book incorrectly and decide at the time of your appointment to change the service, you will be charged. If you are unsure of which service to book, please email the salon.


How to cancel/reschedule: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must log into your account through the booking site (www.solesnaillounge.com). Please email us if the link isn't working.


We appreciate your business and hope you have a positive experience with us.
